| Every year during Columbus Day Weekend (October 11-13), The Long Valley Fire Company sells hot dogs, hamburgers, pretzels, and even chili at Ort Farms. While customers get to pick pumpkins and enjoy the beauty of the farm and rural area, they can go across the street to the big white tent for some food and drinks. Additionally, next to the monster truck rides, children and adults can go for train rides provided by the fire company. All proceeds go to the Long Valley Fire Company
