Last Sunday, Long Valley Fire, EMS, and Rescue Team were dispatched to West Mill for a motor vehicle accident. First arriving officers and Ems personnel reported a motorcyclist vs deer and requested a medevac. Engine 1-1 arrived at the scene of the accident as Engine 1-2 was diverted to the landing zone. Crews assisted and provided manpower for EMS. The patient was flown to Morristown Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
