Earlier this month, Washington Township Fire was dispatched to Doolittle Lane for a Brush Fire. Upon arrival, responding engines were updated that it was a large woodpile on fire and heavy smoke could be seen from a mile away. Fairmount Fire arrived first followed by Long Valley. Both Engines 1-1 and 1-2 assisted on scene in extinguishing the fire.
