At 02:40 hours on March 8th, the fire company was dispatched to a reported brush fire near Sherwood Park on East Mill Road. County Dispatch updated responding firefighters of a fully involved house fire with exposure issues and Fairmount Fire, Schooley's Mountain Fire, and Long Valley First Aid Squad were then added to the assignment. The crew from Long Valley Engine 1-1 arrived first and began knocking down the fire as Fairmount and Schooleys Mtn arrived and assisted with extinguishment and water supply. All Washington Township Fire Companies cleared the scene at 08:09 hours.
