During the evening hours on March 29th, firefighters responded to a report of a large fuel spill on West Valley Brook Road. Firefighters found a delivery truck leaking fuel in the roadway and quickly went to work containing and cleaning up the area. Firefighters used absorbent socks, pads, and more than 70 pounds of fuel absorbent to clean up the area.
