At 03:30am on October 5th, Washington Twp Fire Companies were alerted to a fully involved house fire in Schooleys Mtn Fire Company's first due area. First arriving units confirmed the fire and requested a 2nd Alarm Assignment and the Tender Task Force. All companies operated on scene into the early morning hours. Mutual Aid from Tri-Country Fire, Hackettstown Fire, Budd Lake Fire, Chester fire, Mansfield Twp Fire, Lebanon Fire, Mendham Township Fire, Oldwick Fire, Pottersville Fire, and Mendham Boro Fire operated on scene or ran tender shuttles to and from scene.
