Mutual Aid – Harding Township

At 02:29 on December 21st, the fire company's Cascade was requested into Harding Township for a structure fire. Cascade 1-3 responded shortly after the dispatch and helped refill air bottles and assist in extinguishment and overhaul. Long Valley Assists in Large Scale Search

Earlier this month, all three fire companies and the first aid squad were requested into Budd Lake for a missing person search. Long Valley Engine 1-1 and Fairmount Utility 2-8 responded to the search. Multiple agencies operated for up to 48 hours up until the person was found safe and unharmed.

Earlier this month, the fire company responded to a 2 car crash on Naughright Road. EMS tended to those involved as firefighters cleaned up the scene. All emergency personnel cleared the scene within 30 minutes.

Every Columbus Day weekend, the fire company sells delicious burgers, hot dogs, french fries, cold soft drinks & pop corn at Ort Farms while families enjoy hay rides, picking pumpkins, the giant corn maze, and the fire company train ride.
