During the evening hours, emergency responders were dispatched to West Mill Road for a 2-car motor vehicle accident. One person was entrapped in one of the vehicles and crews quickly worked to get the person out. The person was safely removed and transported to the hospital. Power to local homes in the area lost power for a short period due to repairs to the damaged utility pole. Long Valley EMS and Rescue units were on scene as well as Engine 1-1 and Cascade 1-3.
